About Us       Established in 2003, IVT is a specialist in enterprise IT infrastructure. We have a strong focus on the core hardware infrastructure backbone of servers, storage and networks that make up the basic computing fabric of both data centers and corporations alike.       Our culture & values are rooted in our Asian heritage of respect, accountability, integrity, diligence - plus hard work - and we have combined that with a strong innovative streak and a passion to make our clients successful that have seen us grow from a single office of 2 employees based in Penang in 2003 to a regional firm of 60 outstanding staff in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Australia and Taiwan.

The Team

		SJ Phuah, CEO
		SJ sets the strategic vision and overall direction in the running of IVT. His vision, ‘Service as Strategy’ has seen an CAGR of 100% with DELL and EMC throughout Asia Pacific, South Asia and UK. SJ has accumulated over nine years of extensive experience in the information technology industry, where he has had lead roles in Enterprise Solution Management, network and system integration and technical training. He was a manager at DELL Asia Pacific overseeing technical training and support, where he was responsible for driving KPI service levels.
		CJ Tan, Chief Operating Officer
		CJ has an 8-year track record in project management for technology projects, ranging from software development in a high-tech startup he co-founded, Government-led R&D Initiatives in Singapore and enterprise systems deployment in IVT, Malaysia. He currently serves as Software & Services Director where he is primarily responsible for the development of the division’s product, service and partnership roadmaps particularly in deploying new technologies and initiatives to IVT’s target industries.
		Simon Penny, Marketing Director
		Simon has over 20 years of experience in the High-Tech industry, from hands-on technical engineering to business development. An entrepreneur in his own right, Simon set up a marketing services firm in Australia, prior to joining IVT, to help pre-IPO firms gain a foothold in Asian markets. He also served in DELL Asia Pacific for over 5 years as Storage Marketing Director for Asia Pacific & China where he was responsible for sales positioning, marketing and product management throughout the region.
		MS Teh, Project Director
		MS has 20 years of IT general management and call center experience. In DELL, he was the Technical Support Director for S.Asia & ANZ where he has been involved in Enterprise & Client Support. Over the years, he has been directly involved with in strategic management, change management and has wide functional experience in both regional & local environments.
